Raw Honey Extraction

Honey extraction is the central process in beekeeping of removing honey from honeycomb so that it is isolated in a pure liquid form. Our golden honey is the real stuff, Raw unpasteurized honey and not subjected to any heat of processing. Mulberry Gold honey contains small amount of the same resins found in propolis (bee glue), which has great medicinal properties. Bees makes propolis by combining plant resins with their own secretions. Honey is then extracted from honeycomb by centrifugal force, and stored for as long as fourteen days.

Truly raw honey does not deteriorate with age but like fine wine, continue to age and develop into more complex taste.
